Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Sports For Life Academy ("the academy") apps collect and how it is used: SLA for parents, SLA Coach for trainers and SLA Staff for academy staff ("the apps"). The academy is responsible for your information. Pairwise builds and runs the apps for the academy and handles the information only on its behalf.

What we collect

SLA (parents)

• Your account: your name in Arabic and English, email, mobile numbers, your relationship to the children and your preferred branch.
• Your children: names, date of birth, photo, a health note and an emergency contact, if you add them.
• Training records: subscriptions, schedules, attendance, levels, assessments and coach feedback, make-up requests and event registrations.
• Payments: the amounts due and paid, and photos of transfer receipts you upload. The apps do not take card payments and never see your card details.
• What you send us: store orders, complaints and suggestions, lost-item reports, problem reports and the photos you attach to them.
• Sign in with Apple or Google: if you use it, the account identifier and email Apple or Google share with us.

SLA Coach and SLA Staff

• Your work profile: your name, email, phone number, role and branch, as set up by the academy.
• Check-in and check-out: the time, and your location at that moment, to confirm you are at your branch. Location is read only when you check in or out, never in the background.
• Your work: the trainee attendance and assessments you record, found items you log, leave requests, payslips and problem reports.

All three apps

• Device: a notification token so we can send you notifications, and the device name and model for the list of devices signed in to your account.
• Settings: your language and theme.
• Face ID / fingerprint: if you turn on biometric unlock, your device checks it. The apps never receive your biometric data.

How we use it

• To run the academy's services: sessions, attendance, levels, subscriptions, payments, the store, events, lost and found, and staff work and pay.
• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To send notifications about sessions, payments, requests and academy news.
• To answer your complaints, suggestions and problem reports.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not sell or rent it.

Who can see it

• Academy staff and coaches see what they need for their job. For example, a coach sees the trainees in their sessions with their photos, and reception sees family and payment records.
• Service providers who help us run the apps: our server hosting, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service for notifications, and Apple or Google when you sign in with them. They process information only to provide their service.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, photos and contact details, your children's attendance history, levels and coach feedback, and your linked Apple or Google sign-in within 30 days. Payment records the academy must keep by law are kept for the period the law requires. Coach and staff records are kept as long as employment law requires.

Your choices

• See and correct your information in the app's Profile, or ask the academy.
• Delete your account by emailing info@pairwiseorg.com from the email you sign in with.
• Notifications, location and camera can be turned off at any time in your device settings.

Children

The apps are used by parents and academy staff, not by children. Parents add their children's information, and only the parent's family and the academy can see it.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and sign-in tokens are kept in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iPhone and iPad).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

سياسة الخصوصية

توضح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي تجمعها تطبيقات أكاديمية الرياضة مدى الحياة («الأكاديمية») وكيف تُستخدم: تطبيق SLA لأولياء الأمور، وSLA Coach للمدربين، وSLA Staff لموظفي الأكاديمية («التطبيقات»). الأكاديمية هي المسؤولة عن معلوماتك، وتتولى Pairwise تطوير التطبيقات وتشغيلها لصالح الأكاديمية، ولا تتعامل مع المعلومات إلا نيابةً عنها.

ما الذي نجمعه

تطبيق SLA (أولياء الأمور)

• حسابك: اسمك بالعربية والإنجليزية، والبريد الإلكتروني، وأرقام الجوال، وصلتك بالأطفال، والفرع المفضل.
• أطفالك: الأسماء وتاريخ الميلاد والصورة، وملاحظة صحية وجهة اتصال للطوارئ إذا أضفتها.
• سجلات التدريب: الاشتراكات والمواعيد والحضور والمستويات والتقييمات وملاحظات المدربين وطلبات الحصص التعويضية والتسجيل في الفعاليات.
• المدفوعات: المبالغ المستحقة والمدفوعة، وصور إيصالات التحويل التي ترفعها. لا تتلقى التطبيقات مدفوعات بالبطاقات ولا تطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك.
• ما ترسله إلينا: طلبات المتجر والشكاوى والاقتراحات وبلاغات المفقودات وبلاغات المشكلات والصور المرفقة بها.
• تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google: إذا استخدمته، معرّف الحساب والبريد الإلكتروني اللذان تشاركهما Apple أو Google معنا.

تطبيقا SLA Coach وSLA Staff

• ملفك الوظيفي: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف والدور والفرع كما تسجلها الأكاديمية.
• تسجيل الحضور والانصراف: الوقت وموقعك في تلك اللحظة للتأكد من وجودك في فرعك. لا يُقرأ الموقع إلا عند تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف، ولا يُقرأ في الخلفية أبدًا.
• عملك: حضور المتدربين وتقييماتهم التي تسجلها، والمفقودات التي تُدخلها، وطلبات الإجازة، وكشوف الراتب، وبلاغات المشكلات.

التطبيقات الثلاثة

• الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات لنرسل إليك الإشعارات، واسم الجهاز وطرازه لقائمة الأجهزة المسجّل دخولها إلى حسابك.
• الإعدادات: اللغة والمظهر.
• Face ID / البصمة: إذا فعّلت فتح التطبيق بالقياسات الحيوية فإن جهازك هو الذي يتحقق منها، ولا تصل بياناتك الحيوية إلى التطبيقات أبدًا.

كيف نستخدمها

• لتقديم خدمات الأكاديمية: الحصص والحضور والمستويات والاشتراكات والمدفوعات والمتجر والفعاليات والمفقودات وعمل الموظفين ورواتبهم.
• لتسجيل دخولك والحفاظ على أمان حسابك.
• لإرسال إشعارات عن الحصص والمدفوعات والطلبات وأخبار الأكاديمية.
• للرد على شكاواك واقتراحاتك وبلاغات المشكلات.

لا نستخدم معلوماتك في الإعلانات، ولا ننشئ ملفات تعريفية عنك، ولا نبيعها أو نؤجرها.

من يمكنه الاطلاع عليها

• موظفو الأكاديمية ومدربوها يرون ما يحتاجونه لعملهم فقط، فمثلًا يرى المدرب المتدربين في حصصه مع صورهم، ويرى موظف الاستقبال سجلات الأسرة والمدفوعات.
• مقدمو الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيقات: استضافة الخوادم، وخدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging وخدمة Apple للإشعارات، وApple أو Google عند تسجيل الدخول بحسابهما. ولا يعالجون المعلومات إلا لتقديم خدمتهم.
• الجهات الرسمية عندما يلزم القانون بذلك.

مدة الاحتفاظ بها

نحتفظ بمعلوماتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا. عندما تطلب حذف حسابك نحذف خلال 30 يومًا ملفك الشخصي وصورك وبيانات التواصل، وسجل حضور أطفالك ومستوياتهم وملاحظات المدربين، وربط حساب Apple أو Google. أما سجلات المدفوعات التي يلزم القانونُ الأكاديميةَ بالاحتفاظ بها فتُحفظ للمدة التي يحددها القانون، وتُحفظ سجلات المدربين والموظفين للمدة التي يتطلبها قانون العمل.

خياراتك

• الاطلاع على معلوماتك وتصحيحها من صفحة الملف الشخصي في التطبيق، أو بالتواصل مع الأكاديمية.
• حذف حسابك بمراسلتنا على info@pairwiseorg.com من البريد الذي تسجّل الدخول به.
• الإشعارات والموقع والكاميرا يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.

الأطفال

يستخدم التطبيقاتِ أولياءُ الأمور وموظفو الأكاديمية، لا الأطفال. يُدخل ولي الأمر معلومات أطفاله، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا أسرته والأكاديمية.

الأمان

تُرسل المعلومات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ رموز تسجيل الدخول في التخزين الآمن لجهازك (Keychain على iPhone وiPad).

التغييرات

إذا عدّلنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة، ونبلغك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات المهمة.
